Payment and Cancellation Policy

Full Payment Required at Time of Booking.

Refund Policy:

There are no refunds for early departures or no-shows. Inclement weather does not qualify for a refund.

Cancellations:

If you notify us 48 hours before your arrival, your booking will be refunded minus a $20 administrative fee.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your arrival, all payments will be forfeited.

Third-Party Bookings:

Bookings made through travel agents or online platforms are subject to their cancellation policies. Please refer to them for their terms and conditions.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which we operate, the Eastern Kuku Yalanji people, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging, honoring their deep connection to the Daintree Rainforest and its surrounding waters.
